1. Introduction
The Shandong FRD Sensor FD80B intelligent universal pressure
transmitter is a high-performance measuring instrument integrating
microprocessor technology and advanced sensing elements, widely
used for automated pressure monitoring and control in industries
such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and municipal water
supply.
2. Why Choose This Model?
- Addressing customer pain points such as complex on-site debugging
requiring frequent disassembly, zero drift caused by ambient
temperature fluctuations, and poor compatibility with complex media
in traditional pressure transmitters, the FD80B intelligent
universal pressure transmitter features smart LCD display and
push-button on-site programming technology, full-temperature active
compensation algorithms, and high-quality isolated diaphragm design
to ensure convenient parameter configuration and precise, stable
measurement, significantly reducing on-site operation and
maintenance difficulty and costs.

5. FRD Sensor FD80B Differential Pressure Transmitter Measurement
Accuracy Troubleshooting Guide
If display anomalies or output signal deviations occur,
troubleshoot as follows: 1. Check if the power supply voltage
(24VDC) and signal loop connections are intact; 2. Check process
connections and impulse lines for crystal blockages or leaks; 3.
Enter the smart menu to check whether zero and span parameter
settings are correct, and perform on-site zero calibration if
necessary; 4. Confirm whether the ambient and media temperatures
exceed the rated operating range of the equipment.
