FD80F Sanitary Pressure Transmitter
FD80F intelligent sanitary pressure transmitter is independently
developed and manufactured by Shandong Friend Control System Co.,
Ltd. specially designed for hygienic process industries such as
food, beverage, pharmaceutical, dairy and biological engineering.
Adopting imported diffused silicon pressure sensor and full digital
intelligent circuit with temperature & nonlinear compensation, this
clamp flush diaphragm transmitter delivers stable, accurate and
repeatable pressure measurement. The all-welded 316L stainless
steel diaphragm complies with 3-A sanitary standard, no dead angle,
easy to disassemble and clean to avoid medium residue and bacterial
growth.
Support multiple output signals including 4-20mA, RS485 MODBUS RTU
and HART communication. With IP66 high protection grade, optional
explosion-proof certification (Ex ia/Ex d IIC T6), wide working
temperature range up to 180℃, perfect for viscous, high-temperature
hygienic medium pressure monitoring. We provide customized range,
display, electrical connector and process connection for global
industrial automation clients.
